Cookie Policy.
This site sets no cookies. Here is what that means, and what we would do if it ever changed.
The short answer
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Most cookie policies are long because the site behind them collects a great deal. Ours is short because this one does not. The rest of this page explains what that means in practice, and what we would tell you if it ever changed.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store, so that it can recognise your browser on a later visit. Related technologies — local storage, session storage and tracking pixels — do a similar job by different means.
They are used for useful things, such as remembering that you are signed in, and for less welcome ones, such as following you between websites to build an advertising profile.
What this site does instead
We do not need to recognise you between visits, so we do not try to. Specifically, this site does not:
- set any cookie of its own, for any purpose;
- use local storage or session storage to hold anything about you;
- run Google Analytics or any other analytics product;
- carry an advertising, remarketing or conversion pixel from any network;
- embed social media widgets, like buttons or comment systems;
- build a profile of you, or share one with anyone.
Filters on our training and work pages remember your selection by putting it in the page address, not in a cookie. That is why you can copy the link and share a filtered view — and why nothing about your choice is stored once you close the tab.
Third-party requests that are not cookies
Two external providers serve files to your browser so the site can display correctly:
- Google Fonts
- Delivers the typefaces the site is set in, from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google does not set cookies when serving fonts, but as with any request to a third party it receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- Cloudflare cdnjs
- Delivers the GSAP animation library that drives the site’s motion, from cdnjs.cloudflare.com. cdnjs is served without cookies, and again the provider receives your IP address and basic browser information.
Neither can identify you to us, and we receive nothing from either of them.
Links to social media
Our footer links to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. These are ordinary links drawn as icons on our own pages — nothing is loaded from those platforms while you are here, so they learn nothing about your visit.
If you click through, you leave our site and that platform’s own cookies and policies apply from that point.
Server logs
The server that delivers this site may keep standard access logs recording IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. These are ordinary technical records used for security and diagnosis, not cookies, and they are not used to build a profile or to identify individual visitors.
If this changes
If we later add analytics, an embedded video, a booking widget, a chat tool or anything else that sets cookies, we will:
- update this page before that change goes live;
- list what is set, by whom, for what purpose and for how long;
- ask for your consent first, for anything that is not strictly necessary, through a banner that lets you decline as easily as accept.
We will not turn on tracking quietly and update the policy afterwards.
Controlling cookies yourself
Nothing here needs blocking, but you can control cookies for any site through your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site settings. You can block them, delete existing ones, or browse privately.
Be aware that blocking cookies across the board will break sites that legitimately rely on them, such as anything you sign in to. Blocking them will not affect this site.
